Refund policy

At The Almirah, many of our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. Please read our return terms carefully.

Made-to-order & personalized items (POD): Because these are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Other items: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Skincare, beauty, and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thealmirah.store with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping: For approved non-defective returns, the customer covers return shipping. Because items ship from different partners, we'll provide the correct return address per item.

Refunds: Once approved and (where applicable) the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
